These photos will also be used in advertising and on flyers. On the reverse side of your informational brochure, approximately 10-12 other area homes for sale may be shown. This wonderful feature allows YOUR home to be featured on 10-12 other brochures as well. This cross-selling feature allows many other people, who may not drive by your home regularly, to see that it is for sale. This is just another effective form of unique marketing that I will focus on to get your home sold quickly and for the best possible price.
